What is the Pomodoro Method?
The Pomodoro Method is a time management technique where work is broken into intervals, typically 25 minutes long, called "Pomodoros," followed by a 5-minute break. After completing four Pomodoros, a longer break (15-30 minutes) is taken.
Benefits:
- Boosts focus: By working in short bursts, it reduces distractions and increases concentration.
- Prevents burnout: Regular breaks help maintain mental energy and prevent fatigue.
- Enhances productivity: It encourages a structured workflow, making tasks feel more manageable.
- Improves time awareness: Tracking Pomodoros increases accountability and time management skills.
